Conducting the project kick off meeting outlining the project overview
Using existing documents and project information to develop the Project Schedule Timeline
Gathering Information to determine the most efficient and effective project strategy

Initiating the relocation process with a complete review and analysis of the client needs.
Conducting Integrated Scheduling Session with Stakeholders and Department Representatives.
Producing a Master Transition Management Schedule identifying the major components and phases of the assignment as well as key milestone dates.
Developing a master transition budget outlining transition expenditures and other related ancillary costs.

Developing a move inventory report and move surplus inventory report.
Coordinating and implementing purge activities and tasks.
Working with clients to identify assets for disposal and an inventory of assets, furniture and equipment for salvage and/or future use.
